It's only 6 minutes to noon and I already feel like I've dodged two fatal bullets this morning. For starters, the core block of film classes, which I had neglected to register for last week, was still available to me this week. So I'm all set for the fall. And then there was the untimely incident of Coachella's Day 1 being sold out. For those of you who got tickets (myself included), rejoice. You'll soon be sharing an entire polo field with the Pixies and Radiohead.
We’ll see how my fortunes hold out as the day marches on. I’ve still got some work to churn out and I’ve got a big test tonight in cinema class.
