Yeah, it's cover art. The film is called The Truth About Dismembered Mexicans. It was actually quite good.
I felt like the other films I worked on were kind of bland in terms of story and idea (except for this one), but that they offered a lot of great ideas for cinematography. This film was pretty much the only one where the director had a defined visual idea that he wanted me to execute. The other directors were kind of wishy washy, so I got to use a lot of my own ideas. That kind of made up for the lame stories.
Here's the cover for the film...I guess he's still working on it, but it looks pretty cool to me.
A Brock H. Brown screening? Naaaaawww... it's not that big a deal. I do want you guys to see the movies though and give me feedback on my work.
I got the chance to watch two of the films I was cinematographer on last night. The first film, this flick about a girl who is dreaming, turned out really good. That was one of the films I experimented a lot on, and it paid off. One shot in particular got excited whispers from the class, and the teacher said "that's hot man". The other film turned out fine. It wasn't anything spectacular on my part, but it worked. The director was not good at directing the actors and he was also not very inspiring. In fact, that film was total chaos. Ironically, the movie looks completely in control and organized, which was unlike the horror going on behind the camera.

What is it? Cover art? What did you think of these other films you worked on?

Consider me teased! Very intruiging.
Brock, you have got to pull these together. I'm dying to see them all. We need a Brock H. Brown screening night. The public demands it.

Maybe I can get the director to chime his thoughts in...
