Try Again

"Work Crazy," behind the scenes is now on the MOC website. It worked for me there but not from Cox. Stupid Cox.

Amazing.

That's it! Cox is intentionally corrupting video files to discourage bandwidth utilization!

Funny clip, can't wait to see the film.

I don't know if there'll be a film. We never shot everything we needed. But, I may see what I can put together.

I think we're missing a pretty crucial moment in the film...right?

Yeah, the climax! I was supposed to go nuts, running around the building snapping pictures of everything and everyone. I guess we could always still shoot that.

If you want to, that's cool. Actually, I'd be interested in turning this into a documentary, complete with "recovered" footage and interviews from you about the script, characters and story.

In fact, the more I think about it, the more I wonder: How cool would it be if we had a documentary showing the conception of Matter of Chance and charted its history right up to now? If we ever do have a mini-festival in the valley art theater, it'd be sweet to open with a 20-30 minute documentary with all kinds of behind the scenes footage like this stuff.

I have all the original tapes from the projects I have shot. There is a wealth of outtakes and behind the scenes stuff, especially since I tend to let the camera roll a lot. We should dig through it at some point.

We also need to get nice versions of your film school projects (did you mention you wanted to recut them at one point?), so we can have a definitive DVD. I think there would be a market in having a DVD available for sale.

Yes, nice versions of my project would be grand. I'd love to recut them over the summer and get them really cleaned up. They're not great films, but they are the beginning, so to speak.

Wait, a market? I guess I could see that.

I'm really keen on a documentary with all our behind the scenes stuff.
