BBC News has a cool feature on John Peel with pictures and audio.
Those pics are cool because they show the wide range of music Peel supported. And his taste for certain music often caught-on before the public's did. Like Nirvana. I didn't know about the Nirvana peel sessions. Or that they played a Peel Session before they became big. That's crazy.
